We want you to be pleased with your finished product and become one of our many satisfied customers. You can be assured of a top quality and professional product. Your job will be printed to "pleasing color" standards. Due to printer and monitor variations, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or your personal printer. If your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control or if we have failed to follow your written instructions, we will reproduce at our expense, from your original file upon receipt of returned merchandise.

This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer supplied digital files including, but not limited to, poor or low resolution photos, improper color model, missing fonts, defective file format, incorrect copy or corrections that were not noted on your proof approval. Please check your proof thoroughly. However, if we have to reprint due to an error on your part we will discount the price.
